Flags of South America: printable quiz

A free worksheet of the 12 flags of South America to name. Print it, hand it out, and use the answer key below to mark it.

The twelve sovereign states of the continent. French Guiana and the Falkland Islands are territories rather than countries, so they are not on the sheet.

Colour clues for a warm-up, counting main colours only: 9 of the 12 flags contain red, 8 contain blue, 6 contain white. The answer key also lists each capital, so the same sheet works as a flags and capitals quiz.

Press Ctrl / Cmd + P to print, or save as PDF. Free to use in classrooms and at home. For capitals and currencies, see the full list of South American Countries. Other regional sets: Caribbean · Middle East · Eastern Europe.
